ye Deft. William Welsh< no role > would try the Traverse of this Indictmt. on Tuesday
the fourth day of July then next at ten of the Clock in ye forenoon bef [..]
his Maties Justices of the Peace for ye County of Midd at their General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace at hicks Hall in St. John Street in
the said County of Midd which said notice was signed by the said
Defendt. and his name subscribed thereto was of his own hand writting
and was dated the Thirtieth day of June 1727.
