for assaulting & beating him and that at the then next
genall quarter Sessions of the peace held for the
said County the eleventh day of January last the
said Wm. Bird< no role > was indicted for assaulting & beat
the said Wm. Steward< no role > and the said Wm Steward< no role > not
appearing upon his said recognizance the same
became forfeited and this Depont maketh oath
