Henry Porter< no role > Present Surveyors of the Highways
of the Parish of Chelsea in the said County.

Sheweth

That by order made the 7 day of January last by
Henry Barker< no role > Esqr : Sr . Richard Gough< no role > Knt ; Reginald
Marriott< no role > I Wood and George Howard< no role > Esqrs : Justices of
the Peace for the said County (Quorum Unus) att a Sessions
or meeting of the said Justices for the Highwayes of the sd: parish
It is expressed that the said Justices did peruse the accounts of Henry Anderson< no role > and Thomas Herbert< no role >
late Surveyors of the Highwayes in [..] the sd: Parish, and found the Since of twenty
eight pounds & Eleaven shillings and a halfe penny due from the sd.
