Where as vice, and Imorality do greatly abound (Not with stands
the Commend able Zeal and Endeavours of the Worshipfull
Magistracy of this County to Discountinance and parish offended
Will the Grand Jury do humbly Crave leave to Represent
to this Worshipfull Bench That the Great Number of
loose Jole and Disorderly persons called Shee to lackers-
and also persons Selling Apples and other things upon
Stalled which are to be seen in the publick Streets and
Comon passages of this County in the Lords Day even in
the time of Divine Service in Defiance and Conte next
of all Religion and the Lawes made for restraming
and punishing such Wicked practices Are a Comon and
publick Nusance to all his Majesties Good Subjects and
Greatly tead to promote Joleness and many Grievous
Enormities Not Denbting But that this Worshipfull
Bench will take such effectuall methods as may
prevent such Wicked Practices for the future As
Witness our hands at Hicks Hall this 16th. day of
January Anne Dend 1726 .
