this prsent Month of Octobr. 1726. being bound over
before Mr. Justice Jackson in Goodmans Feilds to
Answer the Complaint of Mr.Phillips the High
Constable for the Hamletts of Wapping Stepnney in
the County of Middx aforesaid Some time after Such
binding over went to Sea in the said Shipp Battey to the
port of Timmonth Haven near New Castle upon Tyne
to fetch Coales for the port of London , and
this Dept. further Sayth that the said William
Tindell
< no role > and Thomas Davis< no role > upon Enquiry finds they are not yett returned
to the port of London as he this Depont. verily
beleives and their returne is very uncertaines
