make oath that they havelately taken a view
of such part of a publique Bridge called Chelsea
Bridge as is in the sd County [..]

of severall of his Maties Justices of the peace of the
said Countytaken a view of lately viewedview of such part of a
publique Bridge called Chelsea Bridge as is
in the same County to see if any & what
repaires were wanting & necessary to be done
thereunto, And say that the samewasat the timeupon such view
is very [..] that the very ruinous & in great
do try for [..]
they found the same soe Very much decayed

of takeing such view was & now is very ruinous & us great
decay for want of repairs and soe much decayed by the rotterness of the piles which did support
the aforesaid part of the said Bridge thatthe same is very [..] and
the aforesaid part of the said Bridge that a
Considerable part therefore is broken downe &
wholly impassable for horses, coaches, carts &
carriages and that an immediate [..]
of such part of the said Bridge as is in the
said County is absolutely necessary, And that
they have carefully made an estimate of
