It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby recomended and
referred unto his Maties. Justices of the peace for this County residing
within the Tower Division in the said County to be assembled at
their petty Sessions to be holden for the sd. Division or any two of
them to per use & inspect the certificates given to the Petr. for his
trouble & expences in passing & releiving of Vagrants and to
examine what persons were by him regularly passed, and by
whose order, and whether the sumes allowed him for Such
Service are just & reasonable, and Such as ought to be allowed
And if any & what Sume or Sumes of money are justly due to
the Petr. for the said service, And to certify their opinions touching
the premisses unto the Court of the next Generall or Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for this County,
