the said appeale was adjourned Untill the then
next Generall Sessions of the peace for the said
County of Middx And whereas by Order made
at the Said next Generall Sessions (to witt) at the
Generall Sessions of the peace holden for the same
County by adjornmt. on Tuesday the first day
of March now last past the heareing & determining
of the said appeale was further adjourned Untill
this present Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for the Said County of Middx, Now upon
heareing of what was alledged bythe
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd
parish of Hornsey Forasmuch as neither the
Churchwardens nor Overseers of the poor of the
Said parish of St. Lawrence Old Jewry nor any
of them nor any other person on their or any of
their behalfe doe appeare in this Court to
prosecute the aforesaid appeale. This Court
doth thereupon dismiss the Said appeale And
doth ratify & confirm the aforesaid Order of the
Said two Justices of the peace, and the Same is
hereby ratifyed & confirmed accordingly, And
this Court doth require the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish of St Lawrence
Old Jewry & all persons concerned to yeild due
obedience thereunto, And this Court doth
further Order that the Church wardens & Overseers
of the poor of the sd. parish of St. Lawrence Old
Jewry or Some or one of them doe forthwith pay
or cause to be paid Unto the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish of Hornsey
or to Some or one of them the sume of one Pound
and five Shillings allowed to them by this Court for
the costs of them sustained in attending this Court &
otherwise to maintaine the aforesaid Order of removall,
