of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. Bennet
Gracechurch in the City of London

Sheweth

That a Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands & Seales of Sir Isaac Tillard< no role > Knt . Alexander
Pitfeild < no role > Esqrs . Two of His Majty's Justices of the Peace
the County of Middx (Quon unus) bearing Date the
Twelfth Day of February last past Sarah Holmes< no role >
[..] Widow was removed from the Hamlett of
Stevunheath in the County of Middx unto the sd Parish
of St. Bennet Gracechurch London , alledging the
said Parish of St: Bennet Gracechurch to be the
Place of her last legall Settlemt.

That yor. Petioners conceiving themselves
agreived by the said Warrant or Order of
the said Tow Justices Do therefore Appeale
to yor. Worps therefrom And humbly pray
that yor. Worps will be pleased to hear
them in the prmisses & Order That the
Churchwarden & Overseers of the Poor of
the Hamlett of Spittle feilds in the said
County of Middx may appear before
at a certain Day by yor. Worps to be appointed
to hear & abide the Judgmts. & Determinacon
of yor. Worps touching this Appeale

And yor. Peticoners shall ever pray Etc.
