Edward Williams< no role > of the parish of SaintGiles'sJames Clerkenwell
in the County of Middlesex Marriner maketh oath the
one Elizabeth Wilson< no role > alias Kerby< no role > wife of Henry Wilson< no role >
Labourer did on or about the Seventh of February
one Thousand Seven hundred and twenty two defraud
this Deponent of the Sume of fourteen pounds & twelve
Shillings and Sixpence due to this deponent for wages
on Board of his Majesty's ship the [..] ftsure by selling
the said Wages to one Brucken under Colour of
being wife to this Deponent and by producing
flower or Letter of Attorney as under this Depon [..]
hand which this Deponent never executed but saith
this same was for ye and that the said Elizabeth
Wilson
< no role > alias Kerby< no role > stands bound our for the forth
above to the present Sessions for the County [..]
Middlesex and this Depont further with he [..]
advised and believes that he cannot safely preferred
the said Elizabeth Wilson< no role > alias Kerby< no role > without-
having the said forget power which not as yet
haveing got in his hands he must be obliged to defer [..]
the prosecution file next Sessions by which time this
Deponent doth not doubt to be ready to make
his Charge good against the Defendt. & that the
ofence appears to he down in London & notEdward Williams< no role >
in Middlx
