Whereas Complaint hath been made unto
us whose hands and Seals are hereunto Sett two
of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said County
(Quor un:) by your she said Churchwarden and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Hamlett that
Mary York< no role > Widow and five Children Vizt
Mary< no role > aged about Twelve Years Elizabeth< no role > aged
near Ten Years William< no role > aged Six Years Sarah< no role >
aged four Years and Anne York< no role > aged about Two
years did lately come into the said Hamlet
Endeavouring to Settle themselves there Contrary
to Law, and Whereas it Appeareth unto Us the
said Justices [..] That the said Mary York< no role >
and her said five Children are Actually become
Chargeable to the said Hamlet and it also
appeareth unto us upon Oath that the said
Mary York< no role > and her said five Children we ela [..]
Legally Settled in the Parish of Woolwich in the
County to Kent which wee Do adjudge to be
TrueThese are therefore in his Maties
Name is Will & Require you or Some or one
of you forthwith or sight hereof to Remove
and Convey the said Mary York< no role > and her said
Five Children from and out of the said Gamlet
of Poplar and Black wall to the Parish of
Woolwich in the County of Kent aforesaid
and them there leave with the Churchward
-ens and Overseers of the poor or some or One
of them who are hereby Required them to
Receive and provide for according to Law
And hereof Fail not at your Perills Given
under Our Hands and Seals the 28th Day
