Keeper of his Majesties Goal oalled
New Prison att Clerkenwell

Sheweth
That the said Goal of New Prison is very
much out of repair and that your Petitioner is daily
in great danger of the Escape of some of his Prisoners
one whereof not long since broke out in the day time
by Clambring over his door case which your Petr.
humbly hopes this Court will be pleased to order
the said door case to be Pulled down and to
give such further Directions towards repairing
the said Goal as to this Court shall seem meet
to Prevent the Escape of any of his Prisoners

And Yor: Petrs. shall ever pray
