by leaving the Same with his Sevant at his house or Shop in
White crosse Street with a Copy of a Notice in Writing purporting
that the said Robert King< no role > would Appear at the next Sessions
of Oyer and Terminer to be held for the County of Middlx
by Adjournment on Thursdaythennext being the Thirteenth
day of May Instant at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon
at Hicks hall in St: John Street in the said County and then and
there Try his Traverse upon the Indictmt: which the said
