Sheweth

That your Petr. is Charged to the poor's Rates in the
said Parish for the House the lives in abt Six pounds per Annum
more than what the Realy any night to bepaysfor the Same, and your petr.
therefore Thinks himself Agrieved, and Humbly Appeals against
the said Rate.

May it therefore please your Worshipps to
Consider the premisses and to make such
Order for your Petrs. Relief as to this Court
Shall Seem meet.
