And whereas it is now charged against the sd. Mr.
Newton that he granted his warrant to apprehend
one Sarah Roper< no role > This name instance is in set 53. for being Neccessary to a felony
And did afterwards by writing under his hand &
seale beareing date the sixteenth day of November
last supsede the execucon of the sd. warrant,It
[..] suggesting in the sd. supsedeas that the said
Sarah Roper< no role > hadfound, suretieson the sd sixteenth
day of November given sufficient Sureties before him
for her personall appearance at the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for this
County at Hicks hall to answerthefor the sd. offence
whereas it is manifest that the sd. Sarah Roper< no role > had
not at that time given any such sureties For that it
plainly appeares by a Recogn certifyed by the sd. Mr
