maketh Oath that he was this present tenth day of August at the
Marshally prison in Southwark with one Bennet Hurle< no role > als Herle< no role >
who is a prisoner there at the suit of one Thomas Hobbs< no role > & hath been
there ever since the third day of this same month of August and as the
Depont: is credibly in formed & beleives the said Accon is for an Assault
pretended to have been made by the said Bennett upon the said Thomas
Hobbs< no role > And this Deponent Saith that the said Bennet stands Indicted for
the very same pretended Assault and hath pleaded and given bail to
trye the same as of this present Sessions And is Credibly informed and
beleives that one Day a Soliciter employed by or on the account of the said
Thomas Hobbs< no role > is the promoter both of the said Accon & Indictment alsoe
