These are to certify Whom it may
concern that Hester Gardner< no role > , a Woman , was
buried in the Parish of St. Anne Westminster
on the Seventeenth day of April last past ; as
appears by are entry in the Register book of
the said Parish now in my custody. Witness
my hand this second day of July, in the years
of our Lord 1724 .
