Whereas diverse Prisoners for felonys were delivered by
Proclamacon at thelastSessions of Goal Delivery
of Newgate holden for this Countyof Middxat Justice
hall in the old Baily in the Suburbs of the City of London
on the fifteenth day of April last for want of Prosecucon
altho' Bills of Indictmt. were afterwards found against
them, the Prosecutors against such Prisoners not appearing
to give evidence against them to the Grand Jury at
the Sessions at Hickshall till after such their
Delivery, To prevent therefore the like in conveinencys
for the future either to Prosecutors or prisoner, This
Court hath thought fit And doth accordingly order
that the Recognizances of all Prosecutors, & witnesses against
Prisoner for felony shall hereafter be estreated
into the Court of Exchequer unless such Prosecutors
& Witnesses shall appeare on the first [..] second or third days of the
Sessions of peace for this County [..] holden at Hickshall aforesaidand
give their evidence against such Prisoner to the
Grand Jury, And for the better notificacon of this
Order, This Court doth direct that the Clerke of
the peace of this County doe cause the same to be
Published in some of the publique News papers
And this Court doth recomend it to all Justices of
the peace to inform all Persons who shall enter into
Recognizances before them to Prosecute or [..] Evidence agt such Offenders of
