Memorandum That on Thursday ye 17th: day of Feby
1723 /4I went in Company wth. Mrs. Westerband Wife &
Executrix of Mr. Adrian Westerband< no role > late Overseer of ye
Poor of the Parish of Chelsea (Deed) in Order to
Stall and Ballance the Acct. depending between
Mr. John Caldwell< no role > late Overseer of the Poor of
the said Pish and the sd Adrian Westerband< no role > his
[..] Partner in ye said officewhereupon Stating of ye
Accts. [..] I found upon Closing of ye [..] Same [..]
[..] there was Due from Mr. John Caldwell< no role >
to ye widow of Mr. Adrian Westerband< no role > abt. the
Summ of One pound five Shilling for their
Office of Overseer of the poor

And the sd. Wd. of Adrian Westerband< no role > (Decd)
having another Acct. depending wth Mr. Caldwell
upon Acct. of Bricklayer work done for the sd
Mr. Caldwell I Stated the same it appear'd
when the Acct. was Ballance there was
abt. forty Three pounds Etc. Due to ye said
Widow (Excepting the sd. Mr. Caldwell cou'd
find any more Receipts) Whereupon the
Widow desired Mr. Caldwell to pay to ye
Petitioners the Summe of Thirty Three
pounds Etc. due to them out of ye. sd. Summe.
