To the Church warden, and Overseers
of the Poor of the Hamlett of Limehouse
in the Parish of Stepney in the said County
and to all others whome these may the
Concern Etc.

Where as Complain hath been made unto
Us whose hands and Seals are hereunto sett Two of his
Majties. Justices of the Peace for the said County (Quor un)
by you the said Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Hamlett That Mary Hutchinson< no role > Widdow
[..] late wife of William Hutchinson< no role > Deceased, and two
Children (vizt.) Thomas < no role > aged about 11 Years, and
William Hutchinson< no role > aged about Eight Years, Did
Lately Come into the said Hamlett Endeavouring to
Settle themselves those Contrary to Lane And Where as
it Appreareth unto Us the said Justices and Wee do Adjudge
that the said Mary Hutchinson< no role > and her said two Children
are Likely to become Chargeable to the said Hamlett
and it also Appreareth unto Us upon Oath that the
said Mary Hutchinson< no role > and her said two Children
were Last Legally Settled in the Parish of St.
Anns Westmister in the said County. Which Wee
Do adjudge to be True

These are therefore in his Majties. Name
To will and require your Some or one of You Forthwith
On sight here of to Romoee and Convey the said Mary
Hutchinson
< no role > and her said two Children from and Out
of the said Hamlett of Limehouse to the Parish of
St. Anne Westminister in the said County And
them there Leave with the Churchwarden and Overseers
of the Poor or some or one of them who are here by Required
them to receive and Provide for According to Law
And hereof faile not at Your Perills Given under
Our hands and Seals the 24th. Day of June Ano. Dom:
