Take Notice that on Wednesday next the tenth day of this Instant
July at ten of the Clock in the forenoon, I intend to appear at Hicks
Hall in St John Street in the County of Middlesex , at the Sessions of
Oyer and Terminer then and there to be holden for the said County and
try my Traverse upon the Indictment you preferr'd against me at
the Session of Oyer and Terminer held for the sd: County in April last,
for an assault and Rescont Dated under my hand this Sixth, day of
July Anno Dui 1723 .
