Upon heareing of the appeale of the Church wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary Stratford
Bow in this County against an Order under the hands &
seales of Richard Gifford< no role > & John Ellis< no role > Esqrs . two of his-
Maties. Justices of the peace for the said County
(Quorum Unus) beareing date the first day of March
last where by Samuel < no role > a Male bastard Instant aged
three yeares & upwards who was likely to become
chargeable to the hamblett of Hammer Smith in the-
said County wasof Middx [..] removed from the said
hamblett of Hamer Smith to the said Parish of St. Mary
Stratford Bow as the place of the birth & last legall
settlemt. of the said Samuel < no role > (the heareing & determining
of which appeale was by Order made at the last Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this County by
adjourned untill this present Generall Sessions of the
