of Middlesex Beadle on his Oath says that on the Nineteenth
Day ofNovemberOctober last between the hours o four & five
of the Clock in the afternoon he this Deponent deliver'd unto
Samuel Hull< no role > living at the Blew Anchor in Wheeler Street
in the Hamlett of Spittle Yields in the said County Cordwainer
in his house in the place aforesaid, a true Copy of the
annex'd order of Bastardy under the hands and Seals of
Alexander Pitfeild< no role > & Samuel Benson< no role > Esqrs : two of this Majties:
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex (Quor
unus) wherein the said Samuel Hull< no role > was adjudged to be the
Reputed father of a female Bastard Child born of the Body
of Elizabeth Russell< no role > Singlewoman on the twenty Seventh
day of September last in the Sd: Liberty of Norton falgate
Since baptized by the Name of Elizabeth< no role > , and at the Same
time showed him the said Samuel Hull< no role > this originall order
and on behalf of the said Liberty of Norton falgate demanded
of him the Sum of one pound Nineteen Shillings & Six pence
in the said order mentioned pursuant to the Order & directions
of Naboth Torrington< no role > one of the present Overseers of the
poor of the sd. Liberty and that the said Samuel Hull< no role >
did then refuse to pay the Same
