That Yor Peticonr: is rated & Assessed for & towards the Releife of
the Poor of the parish of Ealing
in the said County for the Year
1721
[..] the Sume of tenn pounds tenn Shillings for the great
Tythes ariseing within the said parish and also the Sume of Sixteen
pounds Seven Shillings & Six pence towards the Releife of the poor
in the said parish for this present Year for the said Great Tythes
That Yor Petr: is no Inhitant wth. in the said parish
neither is Yor Petr. the Occupier of the said Tythes
Therefore humbly Conceives himself to be &
aggrieved wch. the said Rate

Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Ealing
for the year 1721 And also the Church wardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of Ealing
for this present Year may be Ordered to attend
this Court Some Day this Sessions to Shew &
Cause why Yor. Petr. Should not have Such releife
in the Premises astoYor. Worships great
Wisdom shall Seem meet
And Yor. Petr. as in Duty bound shall ever pray
