maketh Oath that about Five weeks agoe he
this Depont [..] employed by Mr. George Peppercorne< no role >
one of the Bail for ye. Dept. Daniel Page< no role > for his
appearance at Hick hall in St. John Street in October
[..] Past To Arrest the Dependt. the sd. Daniel
Page< no role > Robt. Nogwell< no role > and Daniel Nogwell< no role > (who
were all Journeyman Carpenters & generally worked
together) And was a great many times at severall
places in Hannover Square Long acre Knaves acre
Windmill Street . Divers other places, where he was
Informed he might near off the said Daniel Page< no role >
at his Work as a Carpenter And could by no means
hear of him till about Three Weeks agoe when he
arrested the said Robt. Nogwell< no role > and was by him
Informed that the said Daniel Nogwell< no role > Brother to the
said Robt. Nogwell< no role > and the said Daniel Page< no role > had both
hired themselves to go to Maryland And this Depont.
further Saith that be verily believes that the said Daniel
Page< no role > is not in England but that he hath Actually
hired himself and is gone away for Maryland
aforesaid
