for the Sd. County (Quor unus) bearing Date the 24th Day of

remov'd from the parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the
said County to the said prcinct of St. John Baptist as the
place of her Cast legall Settlemt:

to this Court & humbly pray That the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the said parish of St. Martin in ye
Fields & all other parties concern'd may
be Ordered to attend this Court some day
