held for the sd County of Middx at Hicks Hall
in St. John Street wth. in the Sd. County on
Thursday ye 11th: day of January 1721

Wee the Church:Wardens and Overseers of the poor
and other the substantiall Inhabitants of the Parish
of Ealing als. Lealing in the sd. County of Middx Do humble
Certifie unto this Court That James Evered< no role > having Servsd
her late Majty Queen Anne and his Prsent Majty King George
as a Soldier for Seven Years & upwards is non disabled
from getting a Livelyhood for himself and Family that he
hath a Wife and Children unprovided for and that he is
an Object of Compassion and a persons who highly deser [..]
the pension of this County. In testimony whereof we
have hereunto Subscribed or Hands the Eight day of
January Anno Dem 1721 .
