Majesty Queen Ann as a private Centinell in
my Troop of Carabineers Comanded by
the Honble. Generall Palmes Seven Yeares &
that the said James Evered< no role > reced a wound wth
a Musquet Ball in his left legg at the Seige
of Bouchain in Flanders wch. Disabled him
from Service As Wittness ours Hands & Seales
this 12th. Day of January 1721
