founded on an Indictmt. on teh Oyer & Terminer this
prsent Sessions agst. William Poyntz< no role > and that the Sd.
Unwyn did about the Same hour of Four take into
his Custody the Said William Poyntz< no role > . And though
this Depont. did require the Said Unwyn to carry the
Sd. Poyntz. to the Sessions at Hix's Hall, the Justices
being then Sitting in court as this Depont. informid him, the
Said Unwyn bid this Depont. goe about his buisness for
that he the Said Unwyn had nothing to doe al [..]

he Knew What to doe, And Seemd to Pet the Court
of Sessions at Hix's Hall in Very great Slight Contempt
