Who Sayth upon her Oath that yesterday about tenn of the Clock in the
forenoon one Michael Haveless< no role >
who was husbunds apprentice
mett her in Grace Church
and asked her to drink and Accordingly
She went with him as fare as our the bridge and then went
into the Signe of the Peace
where thay had three pintes of
drink and whilst they were drinking the Said Lawless putt
his hand in her pockett and tooke out four pound Eight
Shillings which was in a hankerchiefe and taken he had
it he Said he was goeing out to make witer and he
would come too her against, but he did not, And this
Informant went after him and mett with him near his
own house and he hath given her three pound five shillings
And She Sayth that she neryly beleives that he did not
take the money first out of her pockett with a felonious
Intent
