His Indenture witnesseth, ThatWilliam Sawyer< no role >
son of Martha Sawyer< no role > of the Parish of St. Andrews
Holbourn in the County of Middlesex widdow
doth puthimself Apprentice toMichael Aram< no role > of the
parish and County a fore said
perrywig maker andwithhimafter the manner
of an Apprentice to serve from theday of the date here of
unto the ful End Term ofsevenYears from thence next ensuing
fully to be compleat and ended. during which Term the Said ApprenticehissaidMaster
faithfully shall and will serve,hisSecrets keep,hislawful Commands every where gladly do.he
shall do no Damage tohissaidMasternor See it to be done of others, but tohisPower shall
lett, or withwith give notice tohissaidMasterof the same.The goods ofhissaid
Master heshall not waste, nor the same without License ofhissaidMaster
to any give or lend.he shall into compect for in cation nor contract matrimony within
the said termHurt tohis and mas [..] heshall not do, cause or procure to be done.
Withhisown Goods or others during the said Term, without Licenfe ofhissaidmaster
heshall neither buy nor sell.heshall not haunt Taverns or Play-Houses, at cards. Dice,
Tables, or any other unlawful Game.he.shall not play: nor from the Service ofhis
saidmasterDay nor Night absenthimself, but in all things as an honest and faithful Ap-
prentice shall and will demean and behavehimself towardshissaidMasterand allhis
during the said Term. And the saidmaster his said Apprentice in the
Air of Burrgnig making and buying and sell [..] of berry [..]
[..] & hair be conging there unts and the
said Apprentice in theArt of Berry w [..] whichhenow usethshall teach and instrunt
or cause to be taught and instructed by the best way and manner thathecan: finding and allowing
unto the said Apprentice.Meat Drink to a thing and Lodging fit
and Decent for him during the said Term of seven [..]

And for the true Performance of all and every the said Covenants and Agreements, either
of the said Parties above said bindethhimself unto the other Firmly by these Presents.- In
Witness whereof, the said Parties to these Indentures, interchangeably have set their Hands
and Seals, thethird &Day of Junein thethirdYear of the
Reign of our sovereign Lord george.by the Grace of God, of
