said Master has never nistructed him in altho your Peticon<lb></lb>
has served him faithfully as an Apprentice for almost<lb></lb>
the Terms of five years, but on the contrary is employed<lb></lb>
by his Mistriss in Looking after the Children where your Petico<obscured></obscured>

should be at work & is soe very ignorant that he knows<lb></lb>
not how to mount a wig altho he has lived so long as abou<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
& ofter times beating him with an unlawfull weapon upo<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
your Peticones: refusing to wash the house & other work<lb></lb>
not relateing to the Trade & that he will one time or other beat<lb></lb>
his within an Inch of his Life To answer which said<lb></lb>
complaint the said Master stands bound by Recognizance for his<lb></lb>
appearance in this Court this Sessions.</p>
<p n="37">Your Peticonr: therefore humbly Pray's your<lb></lb>
Worships that a day be appointed for his Mast<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
all Persons concerned to attend your Worships some<lb></lb>
day this Present Sessions to give your Peticon<lb></lb>
such releife in the Prmisses as to your Worships<lb></lb>
shall seem meet Etc</p>
