appeare due to the respective Petty Constables [..]
on the accot. aforesaid, And to examine what sumes
of money are standing out & uncollected on the
Rates made for the raiseing of moneys for the passing
of Vagrants & for the Marshalsea Kings bench & hospitalls , and what high Constables have made
default in not paying the same to the respcive Trear
And to the end the sd. Referrees may be enabled to
proceed hereinallthe respciveTrears high Constables
Petty Constables or [..] others who claym any moneys to be due to them for the passing of vagrants are required to attend the
Referrees at such times & places as they shall appoint with an accompt thereof in writing & with the certificates of allowances made them for the same.
And the high Constables are to give notice to such [..]
Constables or others as claym any such moneys to be due to
them to attend the sd Referrees accordingly And this Court doth require that the respective Trears doe alsoe attend the sd Referrees at such times & places as they shall appoint with anAnd the accompt in writing of what high Constables have made default is not paying them any & what moneys assessed by the sd Rates or any [..] them & for what parishes or places And ye. Cryer of this Court is to give notice [..] to the Referrees
Trears & high Constables of the respcive times & places
to be appointed for the meeting of the sd Referrees for
the purposes aforesaid, wch sd. Referrees or any five of
them are hereby desired to certifytheir opinion [..]
