of the poor of the parish of St Botolph without Bishopsgate

That by Virtue of a pass Warrant of Order under the hands & Seals of [..]
Alexander Ward< no role > and John Fuller< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices [..]
peace for the County of Midlx (Quor Unus) bearing date the 24 [..]
day of January last past Mary Roberts< no role > widdow and relict of with [..]
Roberts deceased was removed from the Liberty of Saffron hill Etc in
the parish of St Andrew Holborne in the said County of Midle unto
the said parish of St Botolph without Bishopsgate London as the place
of her last legal Settlement

That your petitionrs humbly conceiving themselves aggre [..]
by the said Warrant or order of the said two Justices do [..]
Appeal to your Worpps there from And Pray that your
Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses and
Order that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
said Liberty of Saffron hill may appear before you att a
certain day to hear and abide the judgment & determinace
of your worpps touching this Appeal
