Humbly Sheweth

That for the fact where of yor. petr. Stood Justiced
in this Court this Sessions Yor. Worshippl were
pleased to fine him ten pounds And for Now payment
thereof to Comitt him to Now Prison where he
now remanis

That Yor. Petr. a poor Soldier & hath a wife &
three small Children who as well as himselfe
must Inevitably perish if not comiserated by
your Worshipps being unable to pay the sd fine

Yor. Petr. therefore humbly prays
yor Worshipps will be pleased to
remitt the sd Fine.

And Yor. Petr. Shall Ever pray Etc.
