without Cripplegate in the said
County Widdow .

Sheweth

That there is due to your Petitr. £4:16s:00d for
Nursing and looking after her Husband & Servt
which the Churchwarden premised to pay Yor.
But the same hath not been paid

That yor Petr. is allowed Eighteen pence P Weeke
pention from the said Parish But forasmuch
as she having made away with all her Goods
for her Subsistance hither to and being aged
And past her Labour cannot Subsist on ye.
said pention

Yor Petr therefore humbly prays
such on Augmentacon of her sd.
pencon and that her Moneys
may be paid her

And Yor: Petr. Shall Ever pray Etc.
