Upon mocon this day made unto this Court by Mr. Northey of
Councell for the Defdt. Jeremy Roberts< no role > who Stands bound by
Recognizance to try his traverse at this present Sessions upon an
Indictmt. against him for an assault upon Sarah Needham< no role >
Spinster with an intent to ravish her, It is Ordered by this Court
that the sd. Defdt. be at liberty to try his said traverse on
Thursday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon, [..]
