Order of Court, And for that neither the Churchwardens nor
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. James
Clerkenwell (tho' Solempuly called in open Court) nor any
of them nor any other person [..] on their or any of their
behalfe appeared in this Court to maintaine & make good
the said Order of removeall This Court doth allow of the
said appeale And doth vacate & discharge the aforesaid
Order of the said two Justices of the peace,
