Oath that they being Bail for the Defts. appearance & pleading
to an Indictment within this County where in the Defts. were
indicted for endeavoring to procure a Release from one
William Houston< no role > to defrand him of seventy pounds upon
which said indictment the Dept. Taverner was tryed &
acquited the Last Sessions held for this County say they have
made diligent Inquiry after the Dept. Saunders in order
for his appearance this Sessions & to be tryed upon the
said Indictment but these Depts. cannot find him at
