Contrary to the Act of Parliament in that Case made and provided

as for himself humbly pray's the Judgment of his said Maties Justices that
he may have One Mojety of the said forfiture and the Poore of the parish of St:
Martins in the Fields in the County aforesaid the other Mojety thereof According
to the Direcons of the Act of Parliament in that Case made and provided
Upon a full hearing all the parties I do hereby adjudge and Convict the said
