Be it Knowne to all people by these presents That
We John Wybarne< no role > of Hawkewell in the County of Kent Esqr. and
Elizabeth< no role > his Wife Have by this our Warrant of Attorney under
our hands and Seales Executed in the presence of three or more
Lawfull Witnesses made Authorized and Appointed and in
our place and Stead put and by these presents doe make
Authorize and Appoint and in our place and Stead putGeorge
George. Carleton< no role > of London Gen and John Smith< no role > of the
parish of St. Andrew Holborne in the County of Midx
Gen Joyntly and Severally to be our Attorney and
Attorneys and we Doe hereby give them or either of
them full power and Authority to Subscribe our names
to such Registry or Entry as shall be made of our
Names and Reall Estate in the County of Middlesex
in a Booke or Bookes Roll or Rolls kept in that be halfe
by the Clerke of the peace for the same County in the
presence of two or more Justices of the peace for the said
County of Middlesex in Open Sessions the words of which
Registry are Already delivered to the Clerke of the peace for
the said County of Middlesex. or to his Lawfull Deputy to
the intent that the same shall be Registred at the next
Generall quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for the
Sd County of Midx in Obedience to an Act of Parliament
Inti [..] an Act to Oblige Papists to Register their Names
and Reall Estates and there to Remaine upon Record
And We Dor hereby Authorize and Appoint our said
Attorneys or either of them to pay ale Such Fees as are
due upon Account of our said Registry and to Dor all
and every such other Act or Acts as may Compleat the
Same according to the true Intent and meaning of the
said Act of Parliament In Witnesse where of we have
hereunto set our hands & Seales the first day of Janry 1719 .
