Generall Sessions for the said County at
Hick's hall Assembled.

Sheweth


That yor: Peticoner on the Complaint of the
Overseers of the liberty of the Rolls in the County of
Middlx made to the Worpllfull Justice Saunders that
yor. Petr. threatned to leave his wife and children on
the said Liberty Was by the said Mr. Justices Saunders
comitted to the Goal of New Prison for want of Suretys
where yor. Petr. has been Kept Clase Prisoner near a
fortnight

That the Overseers of the said Liberty haveing appealed
to yor. Worshipps in respect of yor. Petitioners wife being
passed on them as the place of yor. Petrs. Settlemt. the
said Appeal was yesterday alowed of and determined
in favour of the said Liberty So that yor. Petrs. family
can have no releife there

That yor. Petr. is freindless and must mevitably Starve unless yor. Worships Please to Discharge him but
of Custody to Endeavour to Work for himselfe & family

Wherefore yor. Petr. humbly Prays yor.
Worshipps That he may be discharged
out of Custody without paying any Fees

And yor Petr. shall Ever Pray Etc
