Take notice that I intend to appear at the next Generall
Sessions of the Peace to be held for the County of Middx at
Hickshall in St. John Street in the said County by Adjourmnent
on Thursday the third day of September next at ten of the
clock in the forenoon and then and there Trie my Traverse
upon the Indictment by you preferred against me for a
Tresspass and unlawfully taking away a note for the
payment of £26: (as you pretend) Dated this 31st: day of
