Whereas We John Gardiner< no role > and Jeffery Frankland
Constables of His majtys: Household and Bay lifts of the Court
of Marshalsea did on the 24. day of October last open the
door and rush into the room with intent to arrest Thomas
Hiller
< no role > Cornet of the militia Troop of the County of Midddx
who then attended the Honble: Sr Henry Fetherston< no role > Sr. Robert
Thornhill Sr James misson & Robt Thorn< no role > hill Esqr four of His
majtys: Deputy Lieutents: & Justices of the peace of the sd
County for which anne & insult they did comitt me the said
John said Gardiner suspended by the Board of Green cloth
but upon our humble submission made to the said Deputy
Lieutenants and payment of all the Costs & Charges they
have been pleased so far as Concerns them to forgive us
Now we do humbly beg pardon of all the Deputy Lieutents
and Justices for the said County for the said Insult assront
& crime and promise never to prsume or attempt to do
the like again
