of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx (Quos
un) Elizabeth Greenwood< no role > was removed from the Parish of St: Giles in
the Fields to your Petr: said Parish of St: martin in the Fields as the
place of her last legall Settlement, Whereby your Petr: humbly Conceive
they are Wrong'd and agrieved.

Yoour Petr: therefore humbly appeall to your
Worships and pray your Worships to appoint
a day the next Sessions to hear & determine she
