from and out of the Precinct of St. Katharines
in the said County
to the said parish of St John of Wapping
as the Place of her last
legall Setlement in right of her said late Husband, whereby
your Petitionrs. and Appellants humbly conceive themselves
aggreived and apply to this Court for releife

will be pleased to appoint some day this
Present Quarter Sessions, for the Overseers
of the Poor of the said Precinct of St Katharines
and all Parties concerned to attend this Court
to hear and abide the Determination and
Judgement thereof, touching the sd. Appeal
