The humble Petition and Appeale of the Church
-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish
of St John of Wapping in the said County of Middx

Sheweth

To your Worshipps that by an Order under the hands and seales
of Robert Dennett< no role > and Samuel Perry< no role > Esqrs . Two of his Majties.
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlx (Quorum unus)
bearing date the 14th. day of April 1719 whereby Dorothy Holland< no role >
the Widdow and Relict of Charles Holland< no role > Deced was removed
from and out of the Precinct of St. Katharines in the said County
to the said parish of St John of Wapping as the Place of her last
legall Setlement in right of her said late Husband, whereby
your Petitionrs. and Appellants humbly conceive themselves
aggreived and apply to this Court for releife

Therefore humbly pray your Worshipps
will be pleased to appoint some day this
Present Quarter Sessions, for the Overseers
of the Poor of the said Precinct of St Katharines
and all Parties concerned to attend this Court
to hear and abide the Determination and
Judgement thereof, touching the sd. Appeal

And your Petitionrs & Appellants
as in Duty bound shall pray
