Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the parish of st Giles in the
Fields

the said parish endavouring to settle there contrary to Law And it
appearing unto us the Said Justices that they are likely to become
chargable to the said parish And whereas upon examicon of

taken upon Oath it farther appeareth unto us Thus
wee do adjudge the Parish of Hampstead
in the County aforesaid to
be the Place of the last Legall Settlement of

therefore in His Maties. name charge & command the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the parish of st Giles in the Fields forthwith
to remove & convey the said

from the Said parish
of St Giles in the Feilds
with the Said two children to the Said parish of
Hampstead
& deliver them to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor there or to some or one of them who are hereby required to
receive them into their care & to Pvide for them according to Law
