This Court Upon hearing of the said Report & what was further
alleadged by the said Referrees Doth order that a Shedd be
erected in the Yard belonging to the said House of Correccon
by the said Giles Quinney< no role > Keeper of the said Prison , And that
He be allowed out of the said County Stock the sume of
Sixteen pounds for the charge thereof And do further order
that an Inventory or account in writeing be taken by the
Clerke of the peace of this County of all Blocks Beetles, Iron
Basills, Rivetts, Handcuffs Reys & other utensills belonging
to the said prison & of all wainscott, Partitions, Shelves, Closseth
Chimney peices, Grates, Window Shutters, & other things
now belonging to the said House of Correccon And that the
said Giles Quinney< no role > do give his bond to three or more of the
Justices of the peace of this County to leave the said Blocks,
Beetles Irons Basills Rivetts Handouffs Rey's & other utensills
and also all Wainscott particons shelves Closetts Chimney
peices, Grates Window [..] Shutters & other things belonging to
the said prison at the determinacon of his Employment
of Keeper of the said House of Correccon with the succeeding
Keeper thereof or such other person as this Court shall direct
for the use of this County in good plight & Condicon
(reasonable wear & use thereof excepted) And doth order
that upon the said Giles Quinney< no role > 's giveing such Bond he
the said Giles Quinney< no role > be allowed the further sume of
twenty nine pounds in consideracons of his disbursements
& expences in relacon to the said premisses to be paid him
by Thomas Burdus< no role > Esqr . Treasurer of the moneys raised
for repair & maintaining of the said House of Correccon
out of the publick money remaining in his hands whose
receipt together with this order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment But
this Court doth declare that the Keeper of the said House
of Correccon for the time being hath always at his costs
& charges out of the fees & perquisities belonging to him
provided all blocks, beetles, Irons, busills, Rivetts, handcuffs,
Reys & other Utensils for the safe Custody of the prisoners
comitted to his charge And the present Keeper being
allowed a greater Sallary than former Keepers usuall
had This Court doth not think fit to give him any
allowance in respect of the said blocks, beetles, &

other Utensils provided by him for the safe [..]
prisoners comitted to his Charge.
