is to send notice by the Cryer of this Court yard more to the sd. Trears to produce their sd. accompts
before the sd. Referrees at the tune aforesaid and alsoe rate
Matthew Holworthy< no role > Esqr late Trear for the maimed Soldiers &
Mariners within the said Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton &
Gore< no role > to give up his accompts forthwith to the sd Mr. Page the
present Trear and alsoe untoAnd this Court doth direct that John wilson< no role > Esqr . late Trear
of the moneys reced & paid for releife offor themaimed Soldiers & Mariners within the sd. Hundreds
of Elthorne Spelthorne & Istleworth doe forthwith accompt for the same wth Jon. Gumley< no role > Esqr .to give up his accompts
the Prsent Trear for maimed Soldiers & Mariners within the same
forthwith to the sd. Mr. Gumley the present Trear to the end
Hundreds, And that after such accompt, shall be taken the sd Mr. Gumley
is hereby desired
the said Mr. Page & Mr. Gumley may [..] be enabledto Pduce
the same at H: hall afory the sd 30th day of May instant at ten of the

And to the end that the sd Trears pray be then up theCh of the

And It is further Ordered by this Court that the Cryer of this

their sd accs. before the sd Referrees at the time & place aforesd
Court or his Deputy doe give two days notice to the Justices of
peace above named that they are desired to meet at Hicks hall
at the timeaforesaid on the said thirtyeth day of May instant
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to take the accompts of
the Trears abovenamedmenconed, And the sd Referrees
are desired to certify a state of the sd Trears accts. to the
next Quarter Sessions,
