Liberty of Saffron hill Hattan Garden and Eliz Rents in the
parish of St Andr Holborn in the County of Middx And to the
Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint
Ann & Westminster in the said County of Middx And to Either
or Every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you unto us whose
Hands and Seals are hereunto fetton of his-Majesties
Justices of the Peace (Quorum unus) for theCounty of Middx
aforesaid, thatSusanah< no role > wife of John Hudson< no role > a Soldier in his
majesties [..] with Margarett< no role > this daughter Aged about Six Years
and John< no role > their son Aged about five Years is
lately intrudedinto your saidparish and Liberty
there to inhabitat as-Parishioner contrary to
the Law relating to the Settlement of the Poor, andisthere likely
to become Chargeable, if not timely prevented. And whereas up
on due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premissestaken
Upon Oath it John Hudson< no role > the Husbandit appears
unto us, and we accordingly Adjudge, That the saidSusanah< no role > and
Margret< no role > her daughter and John < no role > her Sonn is
likely to become chargeable, and thatthislast legal Place of Set
tlement was in theparish of Saint Ann Westminster
in the County of Middx aforesaid.

THESE are therefore inhisMajesties Name to Order and
Require you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
Satfron Hill &aforesaid, That you or some of you do forth
with remove and convey the saidSusanah Hudson< no role > & Margarett< no role > the
dayghter & John< no role > her sonfrom your saidLiberty Holborn Hill &
to theparish of St Anns Westmr aforesaid, andthemdeliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true Copy
hereof, whereby they are likewise required inhisMajesties Name,
and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forth with to receive
the saidSusanah Hudson< no role > with her son & daughter aforesaid
into their saidparishand provided fortheir
as their own Parishioner. Given under our Hands and Seals, the
